Program Policies

  • Group Program Pricing: The average price range for the group program is between 20 to 40 passengers.
  • International Flight Reservations: All guests must reserve their international flights at the same time of arrival and departure.
  • International Flight Responsibility: Our company is not responsible for any inconvenience arising from international flights, such as missing or damaged suitcases, weight issues, delays, or cancellations. We will do our best to assist guests with any such inconveniences.
  • Transfer Requirements: Our company requires all guests to provide their arrival and departure details to facilitate airport transfers.
  • Guest Requirements: - Valid passport copies must be sent to the company’s official email address. /- Special requests regarding preferred room types and any special needs, such as food allergies or mobility issues, must be clarified.
  • Reservation Confirmation: A copy of the valid passport and a 50% down payment of the total package price must be submitted to the company before a reservation can be confirmed.
  • Tour Booking: Tour bookings must be made at least 3 months prior to the selected tour departure date.
  • Tour Details: A copy of all tour details, including confirmed flights and hotel booking references, will be sent to the customer 25 days prior to the tour departure date.
  • Children: Children above 6 years old and under 12 years old will pay 60% of the package price.
  • Hotel and Cruise Ship Check-In and Check-Out Times: - Cairo Hotel: Check-in at 3:00 PM, Check-out at 12:00 PM /- Cruise Ship: Check-in at 12:00 PM, Check-out at 8:00 AM
  • Hot Air Balloon Tour Cancellation: - In the event of a hot air balloon tour cancellation due to a force majeure, we will refund 90% of the tour price upon our return to Cairo.
  • PassCard Distribution: All group members must obtain a PassCard with their room number and cruise ship emergency phone number before being permitted to disembark the cruise ship for tours or to walk independently.
  • Departure from Cairo hotel to the airport would typically be two and a half hours prior to the departure time of the domestic flight. This is approximately the same time frame for the return flight from Aswan to Cairo.
  • For international flights, guests are required to check out and be ready at the hotel lobby three and a half hours before the scheduled departure time of their respective flights.
  • The names of the Nile cruises and hotels are determined based on the arrival date and availability. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that customers book at least three months in advance to provide the company with ample time to complete the booking of flights, hotels, Nile cruises, and air-conditioned transportation for the entire program.

Company Policies

  • Our agreed-upon prices are per group between 20 to 40 passengers.
  • Upon customer request, a reservation confirmation requires a valid passport copy and a 50% down payment of the total package price, which must be transferred to our company account.
  • Tour bookings should be made at least three months prior to the selected tour departure date.
  • Twenty-five days before the tour departure date, the company will provide a comprehensive copy of the tour details to the customer, including confirmed flights, hotel bookings, and Nile cruise references.
  • Adhering to company policy, customers must remit the remaining 50% of the package price once they receive the tour details. Additionally, they must send a payment receipt via email to our company email address. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation of the booking within 72 hours. Refunds for the first 50% of the advance payment will not be issued.

Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival to Cairo airport . Meet and assist with our representative in Cairo airport drive with AC bus to the hotel(5 star hotel).
Getting our room keys and wishing you a good sleep.

Day 2

This morning and after breakfast we meet our Egyptologist and launching in AC bus to visit the pyramids and the sphinx in Giza. Followed by the visit to the step pyramid of Sakkara the first pyramid built in Egypt. Visiting one of the tombs in Sakarra like Princess Idut tomb.Lunch in a restaurant in Giza then get back to the hotel. Tonight we’ve our dinner at the hotel .

Day 3

Breakfast at the hotel or breakfast box in case the flight is early to Luxor. We check out of the hotel in Cairo drive to the airport. Our flight is almost one hour to Luxor. Upon our arrival to Luxor will be assisted with our office representative in the city then leave the airport with your Egyptologist to visit Karnak temple then check in your cruise ship. Lunch on board. Afternoon free time to have a siesta then leave once more in the evening to visit Luxor temple. Then back on board for dinner. Night in Luxor

Day 4

This morning we leave to experience the unforgettable hot air balloon over Luxor West Bank amazing monuments, then we continue to visit the famous Valley of the kings where all the treasures of the ancient Pharaohs were found. Then we visit the temple of her majesty queen Hatshipsuit. We end with the statues of Memnon.
Back to our cruise ship for lunch. Our ship will set sail toward Aswan. Enjoying the afternoon tea on the sun deck while sailing. We go through the lock of Esna almost by the evening. We have our dinner on board and enjoy the Galabeya(Egyptian attire)party at the lounge bar.we spend the night in Edfu city.

Day 5

This morning after breakfast we leave to visit the great temple of the God Horus know by Edfu . Lunch on board then sailing to Komombo city. Upon our arrival we walk to the temple of Sobek the crocodile headed God and visit the mummified crocodiles museum. Then the ship will set sail again toward Aswan and we spend the night in Aswan city.

Day 6

Today we leave almost 3.30 in the morning with breakfast box to drive to the greatest temples ever the temples of Ramses the second AbuSimbles . Our drive is almost four hours each way. After we come back on board of the cruise ship. We have our lunch then we go on a motor boat ride to explore the Nile river with all of its beautiful birds. Then we proceed to one of the Nubian Villages to have a chance to swim on the Nile, ride a camel or take a photo with crocodile wow. Tonight we get ready to check out from the cruise ship. We settle our account with the front disk. Dinner on board and spend the night in Aswan city.

Day 7

This morning after breakfast we proceed with our suitcase ( checked in the bus ) to visit the temple of Isis know by Philae temple then the perfume palace and we end with visiting the High Dam before we proceed to the airport to get on board of our flight back to Cairo. Flight duration is almost 75 minutes. Upon our arrival to Cairo we meet and assist with our Cairo representative then drive to a restaurant to have our supper before getting to our hotel in Cairo. Get our rooms and finally get some sleep. Overnight in Cairo

Day 8

This morning after we finish our breakfast at the hotel restaurant we have our full day tour in Cairo. We start with our Egyptologist the tour to the Citadel of Saladin and visit the famous mosque of Mohamed Ali. Followed by the tour to Old Cairo to visit the Hanging church and the church of saints Sergius and Bacchus. We have our lunch in one of the downtown restaurants . This evening we are taken you for a walk in Cairo old city bazar known by Khan Elkhalili. And you are all invited for a cup of mint tea in one of the old city cafes. We’ll have dinner once we get back to the hotel.

Day 9

Today we have breakfast then leave with our Egyptologist to visit the greatest museum in the world. The grand Egyptian museum GEM. Where we have all the collections of our great Pharoa king TutAnkAmon. The great solar boat of king Khufu. You would have time for lunch after the museum tour and before you get back to the hotel to get ready for your last adventure. This evening we go for our fair well dinner on board of one of the floating restaurants and have our entertainment on board while eating. Belly dancer and whirl and derwish show. Then drive you back to the hotel wishing you all sweet dreams in your last night.

Day 10

This is the day of departure we have our breakfast included then we’ll be all taken to the airport for our final departure.
