1) any kind of insurance.
2) all kinds of items of a personal nature such as tipping drivers,guide…etc.
3) domestic airfares(unless requested by guest).
4) international airfares(unless requested by guest).
5) departure tax (if any).
6) entry visa (unless requested by guest).
7) any increase in entrance fees,taxes or any new taxation which might be implemented by the government later on.
8) any bank transfer changes.

1) Deposit:
50% deposit by bank transfer.

NO credit card payment for tour deposit.

2) Tour Balance
Complete payment must be received upon arrival in cash or you can use credit card with 03% bank commission.

The right to a refund if a participant changes plans is limited.

Your cancellation notice must be in writing to FESTIVAL TRAVEL in Cairo,and refund,if any,will be processed subject to the following cancellation fees.

For all arrivals (Except premium periods), if canceled (perior to departure),
The cancellation fees will be (in $ US Dollars):
90 or more days : 10%
90-45 days: 25%
45-31 days: 50%
31-08 days: 75%
07 days or no show: 100%

Premium periods (Christmas,Newyear,Easter periods):
90 or more days: 20%
90-45 days: 40%
45-31 days: 75%
31-8days: 100%
07 days or no show: 100%

Important note:
The cancellation fees mentioned above are applicable on the total tour cost.

1) Claims or refunds must be submitted in writing to Festival travel in 7 days after completion of the tour,otherwise no refund will be made.

2) All appropriate receipts and documents must accompany the refund request.

3) No refund will be made for unused services.
Once a tour begins:
Any changes made by the participant are the responsibility of the participant.
No refunds for unused portions can be made.

Changes by the airlines will not result any refunds,flight delays are unfortunate , but are an inherent risk of any air travel and are completely outside the control or responsability of Festival travel.

Participant(S) may reserve the right to hold the airline responsabile in the event of delay . The airline will determine the procedure to be followed and the amenities/compensation (if any), to be offered.

Participant(S) are subject the the ticket terms and conditions of the airline which, when issued,shall be the sole contract between the airline and the participant(S).

Festival Travel preserves the right to replace hotels with similar class hotels without prior notice to participant(s), if due to circumstances beyond it`s control.

Cruise ship may be substituted and itineraries slightly altered.

Festival Travel acts as an agent for the owners and contractors providing transportation,hotels or other services and therefore shall not be liable for or responsible in any way in connection with any loss,damage,injury,delay or accident due to the default on part of any company engaged in any of these tours.

We reserve the right to withdraw the tours outlined or any part there of. To adapt or change itineraries if circumstances warrant it and to make alterations as deemed necessary.

Neither the company nor any addiliate shall in any case be liable for other than compensatory damages,and you hereby waive any right to punitive damages.

No person,other than an authorized representative of the company,by a document in writing,is authorized to vary,add or waive any term or condition in this document.

1) (0-01.99 years) free of charge.
2) (02-5.99 years) charged 50%.
3) (06-11.99 yeas) charged 75%.
4) from 12 years and over treated as an adult.

Tour participants must abide by rules in the countries traveled to.

Smoking is prohibited on any public ground transportation or in the private vehicles supplied for touts.
